Kobi in love
Monday, January 22, 2018
Hello, everyone. Natalia is here. Today I would like to show you my simple Valentine's card.
First of all I colored stamped Kobi and bouquet from Kobi's Hugs & Kisses. Then cut them using coordinating dies. After that I cut square background and frame using Dotted Patterns: Nested Squares | Creative Dies.
Background I toned with blue distress inks and pink inks by Altenew. Next I applied Floral Trimmings stamps on vellum using white embossing and cut it to size of square background; stuck them together.
Next I stuck Kobi and bouquet on the right of square frame and put it all on foam tape. After that I cut rectangular background from white cardstock and stuck the square with vellum upon it. Covered it by frame with Kobi.
It remains only to make sentiment. On black cardstock using white embossing I stamped sentiment from And the Fox Says set, stuck it to the card and decorate with Clear Round Drops - Mix
Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

STUDIO KATIA : Floral card
Saturday, December 23, 2017
Hello, everyone. Natalia is here. Today I would like to show floral card with Blooming Bunch stamp, colored with pencils.
First of all I took the frame from Darling Ribbon & Dotted Frames | Creative Dies and cut the workpiece from grey card-stock. Then I took Altenew beige color inks and, using Misti, stamped Blooming Bunch on the workpiece in no line coloring technique. Using alcohol markers Copic Sketch I colored flowers and leaves. After it I took colored pencils Faber Castell Polychromos and started to draw on flowers and leaves to add them volume (flowers - 187, 283; leaves - 172, 165). Added some glare with white pencil Prismacolor premier.
Then, covered painting with the mask, I sprinkled with Wink Of Stella brushes - clean and white.
On black cardstock using white embossing I stamped sentiment from Happy set. Stuck the bar with sentiment on the strip of vellum and placed it on card. Then I decorate the composition with sequins from Majestic Fusion set and drops from Clear Round Drops - Mix.
Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
You are MERMAZING
Tuesday, December 19, 2017
Hello, everyone. I finally unpacked my prize for #mftsuperstar and started to use some of sets (did you pity to unpack new stamps too? It's so white and smells wonderfully 😍).
And today I want to participate so much in @mftstamps sketch challenge
(I hope that I'm not late) with my mermaid. It's a big joy to color mermaids, because you can draw them rainbow hair (don't wait blue-green colored skin as in tales, sorry, I choose healthy color of face) and scale of unusual shade.
And it inspires a lot
Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
Studio Katia December Release Blog Hop - Giveaway
Friday, December 15, 2017
Hello and welcome to our December Release Blog Hop.
You should have arrived from Kaja and Amy is your next stop. If you get lost you can find the full hop list below or visit Studio Katia Blog!
This release is truly wonderful for me, because of it I started to create flower card again (its impossible to hold on if you have such a beauty as Blooming Bunch in your hands). I've made sneak peek with this stamps (here's the link). And today I would like to show mix with new stamps Floral Trimmings, Sweet Latte and Winter Kobi.
First of all I took the frame from Darling Ribbon Stamp; Dotted Frames set and cut out the workpiece from white cardstock. Then I stamped Floral Trimmings using white embossing and masks
I used pink, yellow, mint colored Altenew inks to tone my workpiece. To cut out the window I took another die from Darling Ribbon Stamp; Dotted Frames. Stamped the figure of Kobi from Winter Kobi set and cup of coffee from new Sweet Latte set using Memento inks. And colored all elements with alcohol markers Copic Sketch and Touch Twin.

Using frame die from Darling Ribbon & Dotted Frames I cut out one more workpiece which supposed to be base for shaker and stuck cut out window there. Next I made supports for shaker from cardboard and filled it with 3MM Majestic Sequins, Crystal Rainbow Fusion, Iridescent Magnolia, Radiant Pineapple, Mint Dream Crystals | Mix, Central Park Daisies. Covered shaker with sheet of transparent plastic and cover.
I stamped sentiment from Sweet Latte set on pink cardstock using white embossing. Stuck Kobi to the edge of window on washi tape and gave the cup of coffee in his paws. Stuck the sentiment on the right. And voila, card was ready. The meaning is - let the whole world waiting until I enjoy my coffee
Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend!

Garden business is gnome's business. And if there are garden gnomes, why can't there be garden fairies with charmed watering cans 🙈 So I decided to continue use of Garden Grow and Secret Garden 😄 The idea of this card appeared fast, but I had to think about its realisation. As usual I painted the whole army of gnomes, fairies and garden equipment (now I have workpieces for at least 5 cards 🤦🏻♂️). The most difficult was to make watering can move, but good old geometry helped me here 😃 In realisation of plug, that keeps sequins from falling until its time will come, kids game Tamagotchi inspired me 🙈😄 I was long awaited to try it and it works. I easily return plug on its place ✅
A Year In Review Blog Hop
Wednesday, December 28, 2016
Here is the happiest me with the great news! Altenew starts A Year In Review Blog Hop and I had a privilege to be one of participants. I am very proud to take part in such event, because for me Altenew is not just a company, producing stamps, it is the reason why I am occupied in cardmaking (in March, 2016 I fell in love with Golden Garden stamps and bought them immidietly). And looks like I am not gonna stop.
But let's don't waste time and go to the subject, we are all here for today.

I want to share some of my favourite works, made with Altenew's stamps and dies. Let's go!

Coming soon... new card, interactive and shakers 🙈😆 The shakers and galaxy is not enough 😉 / а я тут совсем заковырялась в рутине 😩 как обычно, долго обдумывала данную конструкцию 👆🏻, но вроде как, по итогу, должно получиться довольно-таки интересное сооружение 😉 посмотрим, что получится
А собственно, благодаря именно этой фотографии, можно взглянуть на приспособления, которыми я неизменно пользуюсь, как например брадс, который и будет служить механизмом для вращения;)

The card made for "best interactive card 2016" challenge, organized by @scrapmate / As at the fifth stage we can make in a free style using most favorite technic, I thought that I prefer it to be "more complicated". That's why I placed here slider and unexpected here shaker. Have fun! There will be a lot of photos, so don't judge strictly. For the first time I use Everything to make my card - stamps simonsaysstamp, neatandtangled; dies mftstamps, studiokatiainc; distresses; Kuretake Gansai Tambi; Wink of Stella GLITTER CLEAR Brush... a lot of beer cardstock, transparent plastic and sequins.

The card made for "best interactive card 2016" challenge, organized by @scrapmate #лучшая_интерактивная_открытка_2016 / Traditionally I start saying that the final result absolutely differs from original . Actually I wanted to make double shaker, but during the work I realized that it's not interesting and complicated, and final result invented on the fly. I'm crazy inspired by the galaxies so the front was invented quite fast. But not the inner part (see next photo ).

I love shakers very much, and in winter theme they are especially looks great
. So it's not surprising that every my interactive card has shaker. In this card there are 3 of them...and it's not the limit
/ My card with stamps by @simonsaysstamp
and @winnieandwalter
